Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers
Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers are a delightful twist on the classic burger. These little bites are packed with flavor and ideal for family dinners or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
For the patties
- 1 lb ground beef Make sure not to overhandle to avoid tough patties.
- Salt and pepper Salt and pepper to taste Use as needed for flavor.
For the toppings
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can be swapped for pepper jack for a spicy kick.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise Mix with ketchup and mustard for the sauce.
- 1/4 cup ketchup Consider swapping for barbecue sauce for a tangy flavor.
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 pickle, sliced
- 4 mini burger buns mini burger buns If unavailable, use regular buns and make larger patties.
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into small patties.
Cooking
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
Assembly
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard together.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom bun, adding a beef patty, chopped onions, and a pickle slice. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers!
Notes
