Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups butter, melted

For the filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

For topping

  • Colorful sprinkles For decoration

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins lined with paper liners to form the crust.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each muffin cup, filling about 2/3 full.

Baking

  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the centers are set.
  • Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serving

  • Before serving, top with colorful sprinkles.

Notes

Keep your cheesecakes fresh by storing them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
