Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional: Rice vinegar Mirin, Fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with the miso glaze.
  • Bake or air fry the salmon for 12 minutes, checking the internal temperature (110°F for rare, 145°F for well-done).
  • Rest for 2-3 minutes, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute different types of miso paste based on your preference.
This recipe pairs well with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
Miso glaze can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
