Ingredients
  

Berry Mix:

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries 40% strawberries, 35% raspberries, 25% blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Margarita Base:

  • 1 cup silver tequila
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • Salt for rimming, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the berries: Toss frozen berries with sugar and lime juice. Let sit 10 minutes to create a berry syrup.
  • Rim the glasses: Rub a lime wedge around glass rims and dip in coarse salt.
  • Blend: Add the berry mix to the blender, then tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust: Adjust sweetness or alcohol to taste. Serve immediately in prepared glasses.

Notes

Use quality silver tequila (Espolòn or Lunazul recommended).
Adjust sweetener based on berry tartness.
Use cubed ice for a better texture.
Optional variations: Add pineapple, jalapeño, mint, or berry liqueur.
Garnish with berry skewers, lime wheels, or edible flowers for presentation.
