4 naan flatbreads store-bought or homemade Olive oil for brushing 10 oz marinara sauce 5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese Favorite toppings e.g., mini pepperoni, mushrooms, banana peppers, etc.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place naan on a sheet pan, bubble side up. Lightly brush with olive oil.
Spread about 2.5 oz of marinara sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 1.25 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each naan.
