Ingredients
  

  • 4 naan flatbreads store-bought or homemade
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 10 oz marinara sauce
  • 5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Favorite toppings e.g., mini pepperoni, mushrooms, banana peppers, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place naan on a sheet pan, bubble side up. Lightly brush with olive oil.
  • Spread about 2.5 oz of marinara sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle 1.25 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each naan.
  • Add desired toppings.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese melts and edges are golden.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
