- 2-3 oranges juiced
- 1-2 lemons juiced
- 1-2 inches of ginger grated
- 1 inch of turmeric grated or 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey
- 1-2 oz filtered water
Juice the oranges and lemons into a bowl or directly into a glass.
Grate fresh ginger and turmeric, then add to the citrus juice.
Stir in a pinch of black pepper.
Mix in raw honey until fully dissolved.
Dilute with filtered water to taste.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
