  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 8 oz warm water

Instructions
 

  • Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  • In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Mix in 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon raw honey until fully dissolved.
  • Slowly add warm water while stirring.
  • Drink immediately for best results.

Notes

Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "the mother" for maximum benefits.
Black pepper enhances turmeric absorption—don’t skip it!
Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
