  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar with "the mother"
  • 1 cup filtered warm water
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • In a glass jar or container, mix warm water and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add cinnamon powder and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Mix in ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Stir well and add honey if desired.
  • Cover and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Strain the mixture if needed and serve warm or cold.
  • Shake before drinking and consume on an empty stomach for best results.
