Ninja Creami Strawberry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Low -fat or full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place the cottage cheese, strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  • Process until the mixture is completely smooth and no cottage cheese curds remain.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line.
  • Place the lid on the pint and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours until solid.
  • Remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid.
  • Place the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and lock the lid with the paddle attached.
  • Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' program and allow the cycle to finish.
  • If the texture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk and select the 'Re-spin' function.
