  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips You can use milk or dark chocolate chips.
  • 1 can 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup additional graham crumbs For rolling the balls.

Preparation

  • Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  • Chill mixture in fridge for about an hour, or in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll in extra graham crumbs.
  • Put rolled balls back in fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

Keep these chocolate coconut graham balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will stay fresh for about a week. You can also freeze them and let them thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
