  • 1 pre-made crust 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Can substitute with Oreo crust for a chocolate option
  • 1 cup 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz 8 oz cream cheese, softened Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 cup 1 cup whipped cream Lightly whipped until stiff peaks form

For the Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 cup 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup heavy cream Heated until simmering

For the Toppings

  • 2 cups 2 cups Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.

Chocolate Ganache

  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling.

Finishing Touches

  • Top with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For added flair, serve with a dollop of whipped cream or crushed peanut butter cups. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze individual slices.
