  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Make sure it's cold for best results.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • ½ cup toffee bits or crushed Heath Bar pieces Can be substituted with other mix-ins.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavors.

Preparation

  • Chill your mixing bowl and whisk for 10 minutes.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste, and salt.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
  • Fold in toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer to a loaf pan or airtight container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Let soften for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-3 weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving for easier scooping.
