Preparation

  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a large pot.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the pasta and milk to the pot, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer, cover and cook according to the pasta package instructions until al dente.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes
