Ingredients
  

  • 7 Oreo sandwich cookies
  • cup 79 ml whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Optional:

  • Whole Oreo for topping

Instructions
 

Crush the Cookies:

  • In a blender or food processor, crush the 7 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs until they resemble coarse sand.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix the crushed Oreos with ⅓ cup of milk and ½ teaspoon of baking powder until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Layering (Optional):

  • For an extra treat, place a whole Oreo on top of the batter before microwaving.

Microwave:

  • Microwave on high for 70 to 90 seconds. Start with 70 seconds and add time as needed. The cake should be soft but set.

Cool and Enjoy:

  • Let the cake cool for a minute before digging in. Enjoy warm!
