For the Brownies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers bars

For Topping

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (For drizzling)
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts omit for nut-free version
  • Chocolate chips (For topping, optional) optional for extra sweetness

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, mixing them together until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla, stirring well to incorporate.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped Snickers bars gently.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Once baked, drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chocolate chips if using.
  • Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.

Notes

These brownies pair well with vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
