- 1-2 fresh passion fruits or 2 tbsp passion fruit pulp or puree
- 2 oz about 1/4 cup white rum
- 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp sugar or simple syrup adjust to taste

- Garnish: mint sprig lime wheel, extra passion fruit pulp (optional)
Prep Passion Fruit: Cut passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Optional: strain to remove seeds.
Muddle Mint: Place mint leaves in the glass with sugar or simple syrup. Gently muddle to release oils, being careful not to tear the leaves apart.
Add Citrus and Passion Fruit: Squeeze half a lime into the glass. Add about 2 tbsp of passion fruit pulp. Stir to combine.
Add Rum and Ice: Pour in white rum. Fill the glass with ice almost to the top.
Top and Garnish: Top off with club soda. Stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, and a spoonful of passion fruit pulp if desired.
Frozen Passion Fruit Mojito: Blend ingredients (except club soda) with extra ice for a slushy version.
Mocktail Version: Omit rum and add extra club soda and passion fruit.
Coconut Version: Replace half of the club soda with coconut water or a splash of coconut cream.
Berry Variation: Add muddled strawberries for a fruity twist.
Spicy Version: Muddle in a thin slice of jalapeño for a kick!
To batch for a party, multiply all ingredients, muddle mint separately, and add club soda just before serving.
