Ingredients
  

  • 4 large ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave optional
  • 2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Peach slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Make Peach Puree: Blend the peeled and pitted peaches until smooth. Optional: strain for a smoother texture.
  • Mix Base: Stir in lemon juice and honey (if using) to the peach puree.
  • Assemble Drinks: Fill glasses 1/3 with peach mixture. Slowly top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
  • Garnish & Serve: Add ice cubes, garnish with mint leaves and peach slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use slightly overripe peaches for optimal flavor and color.
Chill the peach puree ahead of time for best results.
A 50/50 mix of sparkling water and ginger ale adds a delicious twist.
Puree can be made 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
Do not add sparkling water until ready to serve to keep the fizz.
