- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup cold butter cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the peach filling: In a bowl, combine sliced peaches with brown sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch. Stir to mix well.
