  • Fresh mint leaves Use for garnish; it brightens the dish.
  • Feta cheese or nuts Add for extra flavor if desired.

  • In a large bowl, combine the diced peaches and mixed berries.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2 days for the best flavor and texture. Freezing is not recommended as it may change the consistency of the fruits. You can swap peaches with nectarines or experiment with other fruits.
