natural peanut butter

cup honey
-oat granola

tablespoon lemon
juice

Instructions
Core the apples using an apple corer or a small round biscuit cutter.
Slice the apples horizontally into 1/2-inch thick rings to create uniform rounds.
Brush both sides of the apple rings with lemon juice to prevent enzymatic browning.
Lay half of the apple rings flat on a work surface and spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the peanut butter on each slice.
Dust the granola with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Place the remaining apple rings on top of the granola-covered slices to form sandwiches.
Serve immediately for optimal texture.
