  • 12 pieces slider rolls Use soft slider rolls for best results.
  • 24 slices pepperoni slices Can use turkey or vegetarian pepperoni for a lighter option.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded or sliced mozzarella works well.
  • 1 cup marinara sauce Use as much or as little as desired.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for brushing on top of sliders.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For flavor enhancement when brushing.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for longer storage. For extra melted cheese, fold some inside the sliders along with the pepperoni.
