  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping You can substitute with homemade whipped cream.

Crust and Topping

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Alternatively, use a chocolate cookie crust for a different flavor.
  • Fresh strawberries sliced Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce (optional) Add a sweeter topping by mixing sugar with strawberries.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, top with sliced fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce if desired.

Notes

To keep bars fresh, store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container. They last for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to a month. Let them thaw in the fridge before serving.
