  • 1 package Cheese tortellini
  • 1 pound Thinly sliced steak
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced onions
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and add the cream. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.
  • Stir in the cooked tortellini and return the steak to the skillet. Mix well to combine and heat through.

Notes
