of coconut

Instructions
Rim the edge of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into shredded coconut to coat.
Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, and triple sec into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid.
Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
