Pineapple Coconut Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Blanco Tequila
  • 1 ounce Pineapple juice
  • 0.75 ounce Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce Cream of coconut
  • 0.5 ounce Triple sec
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Shredded coconut for rimming
  • 1 slice Pineapple for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rim the edge of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into shredded coconut to coat.
  • Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, and triple sec into a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid.
  • Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
