Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe pineapple peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 young coconut or 1 cup of coconut water
  • Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks.
  • Open the coconut and extract the water.
  • Place the pineapple chunks and coconut water into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Optionally, add ice for a colder drink.
  • Strain the mixture for a smoother texture if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

Notes

This drink is best consumed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding a small amount of honey or stevia if needed.
You can also blend in a few ice cubes for a chilled, refreshing drink.
