Measuring Cups
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks frozen is okay, fresh preferred
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup adjust based on fruit sweetness
- 4 cups cold water start with 3 and adjust
- Juice of 1 lime

Wash strawberries, hull them, and cut pineapple into chunks (remove core if fresh).
In a blender, combine pineapple, strawberries, honey (or agave), and lime juice. Blend for 30β45 seconds until smooth.
Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher. Press pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
Add 3 cups cold water to the juice and stir. Adjust strength with additional water as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice with mint leaves and optional strawberry slices for garnish.
For a low-sugar version, use stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
Frozen fruit works well; thaw slightly for easier blending.
Swap some of the water with coconut water for a tropical twist.
Use leftover pulp in smoothies, yogurt, or popsicle molds.
Make up to 24 hours ahead and store in the fridge.
