  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 ripe banana frozen for extra thickness
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients: Chop pineapple into chunks if using fresh. Peel the ginger.

  • Adjust taste & consistency: Add more coconut milk if too thick, honey if needed, or extra turmeric for more spice.
