Ingredients
  

Base Recipe:

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

Optional Boosters:

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm your filtered water to around 100–110°F (comfortably warm).
  • Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix.
  • (Optional) Add honey, ginger, mint, or apple cider vinegar based on your preference.
  • Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast.

Notes

Use only pink Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt—avoid regular table salt.
For diabetics, substitute honey with a few drops of stevia.
Keto-friendly tip: Add a pinch of potassium salt for better electrolyte support.
