Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon high-quality Himalayan pink salt
  • 8 –12 ounces filtered water room temperature or slightly warm
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Measure 1/4 tsp of authentic Himalayan pink salt.
  • Add salt to 8–12 oz of filtered water in a glass.
  • Stir well until completely dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
  • Drink first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before food.
  • Use daily for best results.
