Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce) for layering
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms) customize to taste

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, half of the mozzarella cheese, oregano, and garlic powder; mix well.
  • Spread half of the pasta sauce on the bottom of the baking dish; layer half of the cottage cheese mixture and add your preferred pizza toppings.
  • Repeat layering with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixture.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Pairs wonderfully with a simple side salad or garlic bread. Add fresh basil or crushed red pepper for extra flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
