Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz pepperoni quartered
  • 15 oz diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 5 cups mixed broth 1 cup beef, 4 cups chicken
  • 4 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian herb blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Italian sausage and ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add pepperoni, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, and pizza sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Simmer the soup for 20-25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Stir in fresh basil, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  • Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Let the soup simmer until the cheese melts and the soup is hot.
  • Serve and enjoy!
