Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the cottage cheese evenly into the bottom of a small oven-safe baking dish.
  • Layer the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese, spreading it to the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano over the sauce.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with red pepper flakes, and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
