Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the cottage cheese evenly into the bottom of a small oven-safe baking dish.
Layer the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese, spreading it to the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano over the sauce.
Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven, garnish with red pepper flakes, and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
