Ingredients
  

Pudding Base

  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)

Layering Ingredients

  • 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, crushed, 14g)
  • 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and almond milk until smooth. Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
  • Prepare layering ingredients by crushing the vanilla wafers and slicing the bananas.

Assembly

  • Assemble in a jar with layers: pudding on the bottom, then crushed vanilla wafers, and banana slices.
  • Repeat this for two layers of each.
  • Chill the assembled pudding jar for at least 15-30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Serve on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream. Pairs well with fresh berries or nuts. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
