2 sheets of puff pastry thawed 2 cups fresh fruits e.g., berries, apples, cherries 1/2 cup jam or fruit preserve 1/3 cup sugar 1 egg beaten, for egg wash 1/4 cup cream cheese optional, for fillings 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into desired shapes (squares for turnovers, strips for tarts, etc.).
Add your chosen filling: fruits, jam, cream cheese, or Nutella.
Seal the edges with a fork, and brush with egg wash.
Place pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
