Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the peppermint extract and vanilla extract.
  • Scoop or pipe the cream mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Decorate with red and green sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For freezing, lay flat in a single layer until firm, then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
