Brownie Mix Ingredients

  • 1 box box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until combined.
  • Stir in the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips if using.

Assembly

  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • Spread the raspberry jam over the batter.
  • Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl lightly.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serve.

Notes

These brownies are delicious on their own, but can be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
