In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, dry white wine, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and garnish immediately with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve warm, optionally over linguine or with crusty bread.
