Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter , melted
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, dry white wine, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the oven and garnish immediately with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve warm, optionally over linguine or with crusty bread.
