Refreshing Easy Breezy Coconut Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Tequila Blanco
  • 1.5 ounces Cream of Coconut
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 lime wedg e

Instructions
 

  • Combine the toasted coconut and salt on a small plate.
  • Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into the coconut-salt mixture to coat.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, cream of coconut, lime juice, and triple sec.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled rocks glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and serve immediately.
