coconut, toasted

Instructions
Combine the toasted coconut and salt on a small plate.
Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip into the coconut-salt mixture to coat.
In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, cream of coconut, lime juice, and triple sec.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted.
Strain the mixture into the prepared ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and serve immediately.
