- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine-ground
- 1 cup cold filtered water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
- Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey
Add ice to a tall glass.
Pour in the cold filtered water until the glass is nearly full.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
Stir gently until the salt is fully dissolved.
Add lemon juice and/or raw honey if desired.
Sip slowly, ideally in the morning or before a workout.
Serving Size: 1 glass (approx. 1½ cups total volume)
Use only fine-ground pink Himalayan salt.
