Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt fine-ground
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to a tall glass.
  • Pour in the cold filtered water until the glass is nearly full.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.
  • Stir gently until the salt is fully dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and/or raw honey if desired.
  • Sip slowly, ideally in the morning or before a workout.
  • Serving Size: 1 glass (approx. 1½ cups total volume)

Notes

Use only fine-ground pink Himalayan salt.
Start with less salt and adjust to taste.
Best consumed slowly for full mineral absorption.
Filtered water improves both taste and effectiveness.
