- 3 cups cooked long grain rice preferably day-old
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2-3 Chinese preserved sausages lap cheong, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 shallots finely chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup optional
- 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas, bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon MSG optional
Add Rice & Seasonings:
Add the chilled rice, breaking up any clumps. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ketchup. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
