  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice 100% pure, no added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon magnesium powder glycinate or citrate recommended
  • 3 ounces carbonated beverage soda water, sparkling water, or prebiotic soda
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a tall glass, mix 1/2 cup of tart cherry juice with 1 teaspoon of magnesium powder. Stir well or use a handheld frother until the powder dissolves.
