Slow Cooker Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef cubes in batches until browned on all sides.
  • Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker insert.
  • Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping the bottom to release browned bits, and pour the liquid into the slow cooker.
  • Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and butter cubes to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
  • Stir in the dried parsley and serve warm.
