Instructions
Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef cubes in batches until browned on all sides.
Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker insert.
Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping the bottom to release browned bits, and pour the liquid into the slow cooker.
Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and butter cubes to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
Stir in the dried parsley and serve warm.
