Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef 85% lean
  • 12-16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 2 cans 15 oz each tomato sauce
  • 2 cans 14.5 oz each diced tomatoes
  • 1-2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-3 cups cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1 minute to blend the flavors.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, and uncooked pasta. Stir to combine and ensure the pasta is submerged.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Remove the lid and stir in the grated cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
