Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and pudding mix. Mix well until combined.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
  • Gently stir in the sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough and roll the tops in more sprinkles.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges are set.
  • Cool for 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
