Ingredients
  

For the pie crust

  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti Ensure spaghetti is cooked al dente for the best texture.
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with mozzarella or other cheese.

For the filling

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey (or veggie alternative) Feel free to swap ground beef for turkey or a veggie alternative.
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese Dollop on top of the meat sauce.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  • Press the spaghetti mixture into a greased pie dish to form a crust.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat; drain fat and stir in marinara sauce until heated.
  • Spoon the meat sauce into the spaghetti crust and dollop with ricotta cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

This dish pairs well with salads or garlic bread. To keep leftovers fresh, place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze portions tightly wrapped for up to 3 months.
