  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Optional sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash spinach thoroughly and remove stems.
  • Peel and dice avocado.
  • Slice banana into chunks.
  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana or add more avocado.
