  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook each stuffed chicken breast for about 5-7 minutes per side until browned.
  • Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
