Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 16 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 4 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 8 oz can of water chestnuts, chopped
  • Optional: A squeeze of lemon juice and chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Thaw and drain the spinach, ensuring all excess moisture is removed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, and water chestnuts.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
  • Before serving, give the dip a final stir and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
