  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Handful of spinach

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and vanilla extract to the blender first.
  • Add Greek yogurt and protein powder.
  • Add frozen strawberries and banana. Use ice if using fresh fruit.
  • Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Use frozen bananas and strawberries for a thick, creamy texture.
Let frozen fruit sit for 2–3 minutes if your blender has trouble blending.
