  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened) Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed) You can swap for other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed for consistency) Add more if the mixture seems dry.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, crushed strawberries, and softened cream cheese.
  • Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  • Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

Notes

These protein balls can last up to a week in the fridge. They can also be frozen for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
